HR employee 24/7 Shifts

For our location at Vergeer in Reeuwijk we are now looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our HR team!

As an HR employee in a 24/7 shift system you will support our team at Vergeer in Reeuwijk, Woerden and Bodegraven. You are responsible for the smooth running of the onboarding process for new employees and process their worked hours and planning. You will also be the point of contact for tasks around night transport and take emergency calls from the Planning and Social Support departments.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the onboarding process of new employees;
• Process hours worked and provide scheduling support;
• Coordinate night transport;
• Handle emergency calls outside of office business hours.

• Preferably has experience in HR or scheduling work;
• Has communication skills and can work well as part of a team;
• Is willing to work 24/7 shifts;
• Is flexible and can change gears quickly in a dynamic work environment;
• Speaks English at a communicative level;
• Has a valid driver's license (category B).
