Logistics Team Leader - Container Unloading

Our client is a leading company in the animal feed sector, with years of experience in production and distribution. From their modern facilities, they ensure reliable daily delivery of products to customers at home and abroad. Teamwork, efficiency and responsibility are central to the organisation.

As a logistics team leader, you are responsible for coordinating the unloading of containers with goods that are not stacked on pallets. You manage a team of employees, ensure that the work is carried out safely and efficiently, and roll up your sleeves yourself when necessary. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising the team during the unloading of containers
• Ensuring a safe and efficient working method
• Participating in physically demanding work when necessary
• Coordinating daily activities and reporting to management
• Creating a positive and motivated working atmosphere within the team
