Activities
As a member of the construction team, you will be involved in the daily maintenance and improvement of homes. You will perform a variety of tasks, such as:
- Repairing minor technical faults (e.g. leaking taps, broken sockets, faulty locks).
- Carrying out minor renovations such as painting, floor repairs and freshening up rooms.
- Checking and maintaining furniture and household appliances.
- Preparing homes for new residents, including cleaning and installing equipment.
- Maintaining the exterior of buildings, such as facades, roofs and gutters.
Responsibilities
- Responding quickly to reports from residents about technical problems.
- Identifying major technical defects and calling in specialist tradespeople.
- Carrying out technical inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Reporting to management on the condition of the properties and renovation needs.
- Ensuring a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
- Independently planning and carrying out work at various locations.
