Multilingual Administrator

In this challenging position, you are the contact person for temporary employees and you are responsible for the correct processing of working hours, management of employment contracts, holiday requests and digital communication between customers, temporary employees and Flexible Human Services. In addition, you are the main source of information for our field staff to help them with all the administrative issues they face in practice.

We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:

  • MBO (N4) or HBO has professional working level,
  • Friendly and polite service provider,
  • Knowledge of Excel,
  • Is stress resistant,
  • Works accurately,
  • Representative,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Knowledge of Romanian  and Polish language,
  • Knowledge of Dutch language,
  • Any other Eastern European language is an advantage,
