As a cultivation assistant, you will play a crucial role in our cultivation and development process. You will be responsible for the careful planting and transplanting of seedlings and cuttings. This work will be carried out while standing at tables in a beautiful hall with natural light, giving you an inspiring working environment. Your duties also include sorting plantlets by size to ensure that only the best specimens are selected. Your contribution will play an important role in creating our extensive range of unique top-quality cut flowers, potted and garden plants.
