Bonus Promotion: €250 net bonus – Terms and Conditions

Refer. Earn. It's that simple!

Are you already working at Flexible Human Services , and do you know someone who is looking for a job and could be a valuable addition to the FHS team? Refer this person and receive a €250 net referral bonus once all conditions have been met.

Simply register your candidate using the registration form under the "BONUS" heading on the FHS Portal, and we'll take care of the rest! You can find the full terms and conditions of the promotion further down on this page.

Not yet employed by FHS?
Are you and your referral not yet employees of FHS? If so, please register as soon as possible at FHS. As soon as one of you is employed and the other is referred in accordance with the promotion terms and conditions, you can claim the referral bonus!

Terms and Conditions:

• The employee who refers a candidate is currently employed by FHS and will still be employed by FHS at the time the referral bonus is paid.
• The nominated candidate has not previously worked for FHS .
• The nominated candidate must have worked for at least 10 full weeks through FHS (at least 36 hours per week, including on-call hours).
• FHS is not required to offer the nominated candidate a job. No notification will be sent regarding a rejection, if any.
• The bonus will not be paid if the referred candidate declines a job offer within the first 10 weeks of employment.
• Employees may participate in this promotion multiple times by nominating multiple candidates.
• Office employees of FHS and Flexwonen.nu are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
