At Flexible Human Services , we always put quality first. The well-being of our employees is of paramount importance to us. Safety and adherence to rules are our focus. We strive for transparency, honesty and reliability, so that we know what we owe each other and there are no surprises.

As employment agency that works with international workers, we naturally comply with the highest standards and certifications. We are proud to mention that we meet the requirements of the Stichting Normering Arbeid (SNA) and the NEN 4400-1 standard. This indicates that we comply with the applicable regulations and are a reliable partner for both our employees and our clients. Moreover, we are recognized as a training company and possess the VCU certificate for temporary employment agencies.

To further strengthen our position in the market, we have become a member of the industry association ABU. Since the beginning of 2018, we have held the ABU certificate, joining a network of professional staffing organizations. This allows us to join forces and minimize risks in the industry. The ABU has the importance of migrant workers as its top priority. In addition to the mandatory audits and inspections, we also have regular voluntary audits. Independent bodies check whether we comply with legal regulations and cao rules. We are a forerunner in transparency of working methods and processes and would like to remain so.
