At Flexible Human Services, we always prioritize quality. The well-being of our employees is very important to us. Safety and compliance with regulations are central to our operations. We strive for transparency, honesty, and reliability, so we know what to expect from each other and avoid surprises.
As an employment agency that works with international employees, we naturally meet the highest standards and certifications. We are proud to mention that we meet the requirements of the Labour Standards Foundation (SNA) and the NEN 4400-1 standard. This indicates that we comply with applicable regulations and are a reliable partner for both our employees and our clients. Furthermore, we are recognized as a training company and hold the VCU certificate for employment agencies.
To further strengthen our position in the market, we have become a member of the industry association ABU. Since the beginning of 2018, we have held the ABU certificate, joining a network of professional staffing organizations. This allows us to join forces and minimize risks in the industry. The ABU has the importance of migrant workers as its top priority. In addition to the mandatory audits and inspections, we also have regular voluntary audits. Independent bodies check whether we comply with legal regulations and cao rules. We are a forerunner in transparency of working methods and processes and would like to remain so.
