What does an employment agency actually involve?

At Flexible Human Services, we recruit motivated, foreign temporary employees. We deploy these temporary employees daily to our clients in the agricultural sector, logistics, production, food industry and technology.

In addition to the work planning for the more than 2000 temporary employees we employ, we also take care of transportation and housing. To maintain an overview of the planning, we use Plan4Flex. With this software, we can also process time registration, send messages to our temporary employees, and easily retrieve reports and analyses.

Our temporary employees have the P4F app with their own account. This allows them to view their schedule at any time, send messages to, for example, HR, and receive messages. In addition, documents are stored here and they can sign them digitally.
