Come to the Greenhouse 2022
Last weekend, the largest public event in the greenhouse horticulture sector took place again: 'Kom in de Kas', in the aalsmeer region. With 'Kom in de Kas', the greenhouse horticulture sector aims to present itself to the general public as a future-oriented professional sector. This included showcasing innovative lighting techniques, automated processes and industrial robots. There were also detailed explanations about techniques, working methods, different types of plants, and the opportunity to purchase plants. The Netherlands, our 'small country', is at the forefront of sustainability and efficiency in this sector, as demonstrated by the six participating companies. The following companies participated in 'Kom in de Kas 2022':
Bunnik Bromelia | Mijnsherenweg 26, Kudelstaart | Bromelia
GreenbalanZ | Mijnsherenweg 38, Kudelstaart | Phalaenopsis

It is attractive work; you work with fresh products, and working with plants is different every day. Even people without green fingers will enjoy it. The sector is full of smart innovations and sustainable production methods. The greenhouse horticulture sector is even a world leader in this.
Flexible Human Services was once again a proud sponsor of Open Greenhouse Day this year.
