Talent to… support! We proudly “support” football club VVSB! Searching for talents is one of the things we have in common with VVSB. When recruiting candidates, we are looking for the right person for the right job. Everyone gets the chance to develop their talent here, because where talents are developed, the best comes out! We also encourage self-development by offering language, first aid, VCA, and forklift courses. FHS has an eye for talent: those who are good at their job and show potential are given the space to grow. For example, an employee from the production line grew into a team leader; a temporary worker in the flower bulbs to an office worker, and a cleaner to a recruiter. So plenty of opportunities to grow, as long as you work hard for it yourself!
