Talent to... support! We "support" soccer association VVSB with pride! Looking for talent is one of the things we have in common with VVSB. While recruiting, we are looking for the right person for the right job. Everyone gets the chance to develop their talent, because where talents are developed, the best comes out! We also stimulate self-development by offering language, BHV, VCA and forklift courses. FHS has an eye for talent: those who are good at their job and show potential are given room to grow. For example, an employee in the production line was promoted to team leader; a temporary worker in the flower bulbs to office assistant, and a cleaner to intercedent. Plenty of opportunities to grow, as long as you work hard yourself!
