Service engineer

We are looking for a service engineer for our client in Katwijk. A Dutch family business founded in Amsterdam in 1926, they have been a manufacturer of coding and branding equipment since 1958. With more than half a century of experience, they have witnessed the evolution of marking and coding from the beginning. Equipment has evolved along with it, from mechanical stamping machines to networked Inkjet and Thermoprinters. Quality, innovation and excellent service are always paramount. As a manufacturer, they offer tailor-made solutions, including software, integration and control. With branches in Katwijk, Germany and France, they serve customers in more than 50 countries.

As a service technician, you will be responsible for service, installation and maintenance work, both on our premises and at customers throughout the Netherlands and sometimes abroad. You will give product explanations and instructions to customers, both within the Netherlands and abroad. It is also important that you can provide feedback to the company on any improvements or problems you encounter during your work. We are looking for someone who can work both physically and with a computer, and who is flexible in travelling to different locations.
