Production Team Leader - Dried Flowers

Our client is an international player in the decoration sector, specialising in dried flowers and natural products. From a modern production environment, they supply unique and sustainable decorations to customers worldwide. The company has a dynamic and creative atmosphere, where quality and teamwork are key.

We are looking for a sociable and reliable team leader who can manage a production team. As team leader, you will ensure that work on the shop floor runs smoothly and that your team works together in a motivated and efficient manner. You will be the point of contact for both employees and management and will be able to ensure clear communication and a positive working atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising employees in production
• Responsible for planning and coordinating daily activities
• Monitoring the quality and progress of production
• Acting as a point of contact for colleagues and managers
• Creating a positive and motivating working atmosphere
