As a Manager, you’ll live on-site in Wormer and work at various residential locations in North and South Holland. You’ll serve as the point of contact for residents and combine hospitality with inspections, move-ins, and minor technical tasks.

Our housing partner provides housing for employees at various locations in North and South Holland. A safe, well-maintained, and pleasant living environment is our top priority.

Activities

• You'll be a host or hostess for the residents
• You supervise the residential facility
• You identify problems and take timely action
• You share responsibility for the area where you live, even outside your regular working hours
• You coordinate tasks with your colleagues

• Holds a Class B driver's license
• Speaks English well

• Able to work independently and take responsibility
• Flexible availability for various shifts
• Is practical and can handle small technical tasks
• Is willing to live on-site in Wormer
• Treats residents, homes, and materials with care
