Greenhouse worker

We are looking for a Greenhouse Worker for a modern nursery to perform a variety of tasks in the greenhouse and in logistics. In this role, you will work with young plants and be involved in the entire process, from caring for them to preparing orders.

You will be working for an internationally oriented company that specializes in the production and distribution of young plants and ornamental plants. The company supplies customers both within and outside Europe and is known for its quality and professional approach.

Activities

• Caring for and maintaining young plants
• Sorting and inspecting plants for quality
• Dividing and repotting young plants
• Watering, fertilizing, and monitoring plant health
• Preparing and gathering orders for shipment
• Packing and preparing plants for transport

• Handle plants with care in accordance with established work instructions
• Identifying abnormalities such as diseases or damage
• Checking whether plants meet quality standards
• Properly performing order picking and packing
• Working with colleagues in the greenhouse and logistics warehouse

• Has an affinity for plants and horticulture
• Works accurately and responsibly
• Be able to handle physical work in a greenhouse environment
• Speaks English
• Is motivated and enjoys working with others
