Flower Bulb Production Worker

We are looking for a Flower Bulb Production Worker for a company in Noordwijkerhout specializes in the cultivation, selection, and processing of tulips, hyacinths, and daffodils. You will work in the greenhouse, the processing hall, and outdoors in the fields on various stages of the production process.

The company produces and processes flower bulbs and cut hyacinths for both the domestic and international markets. Thanks to modern cultivation techniques and high-quality standards, the company supplies healthy plants and strong flower bulbs. The work varies by season and offers plenty of variety.

Activities

• Greenhouse operations: planting, caring for, and monitoring bulbs and plants
• Sorting & processing: selecting bulbs based on quality (manually and mechanically)
• Fieldwork: harvesting flowers, mechanical harvesting of flower bulbs
• Preparing for sale/export: packing, labeling, and preparing orders
• Cut hyacinths: cutting, bundling, and preparing for winter sales
• Support roles such as cleaning, routine maintenance, and warehouse work

• Working carefully and precisely with plants and bulbs
• Follow work instructions in the greenhouse, shed, and outdoors
• Monitoring quality throughout multiple production stages

• Available for at least 3–6 months
• Enjoys working outdoors with flower bulbs
• Flexible in terms of work and scheduling
• Willing to work overtime or on Saturdays during busy periods

• Full-time work with seasonal variations
• Overtime and Saturday work may be required during periods of high workload
• Work for 3–6 months
• Varied work in greenhouses, sheds, and fields
