Flower (bulb) Production Worker

We are looking for a Flower Bulb Production Worker to work in a production hall, greenhouse, and in the field. You will work with flower bulbs and floral arrangements throughout the year, depending on the season. Your duties will range from sorting and planting to creating floral arrangements and preparing orders.

The company is a traditional family business with a long history in the cultivation of flower bulbs and ornamental plants. It works with unique products and uses modern cultivation and production methods. The company supplies high-quality bulbs and flower products to both domestic and international customers.

Activities

You will work in the production hall, the greenhouse, and outdoors in the fields. Depending on the season, your duties will include the following:

General tasks (year-round)

• Manual sorting of flower bulbs (quality assessment)
• Planting flower bulbs in pots (by hand or by machine)
• Creating floral arrangements and decorative pieces
• Packing and preparing orders
• Cleaning and warehouse work, preparation of production lines

Seasonal work

July:

• Outdoor work: identifying and removing diseased bulbs and flowers

July–August:

• Planting hyacinths in the hall, partly by machine

September–October:

• Planting bulbs in the field using planting machines

November–December:

• Creating festive flower and plant arrangements for the holiday season

• Handling flower bulbs and arrangements with care
• Following work and safety instructions
• Work in various areas: hall, greenhouse, field

• Available for at least 6–12 months
• Has no medical restrictions that would prevent working with flower bulbs or in the field
• Can be flexibly deployed across various departments and for seasonal work
• Willing to work during the Christmas and New Year's period

• Possibility of overtime and Saturday work during busy periods
• Varied work indoors, in greenhouses, and in the field
• Work for at least 6–12 months
