Machine Packaging and Order Fulfillment Associate

We are looking for a Machine Packing & Order Picking Employee for an agricultural production company in the flower bulb sector. You will work in a dynamic production environment where quality, speed, and teamwork are key.

You’ll be working at a specialized company in the flower bulb industry that focuses on processing, packaging, and preparing products for shipment to customers worldwide. The work environment combines craftsmanship with modern machinery.

Activities

• Operating packaging machines for flower bulbs and flowers
• Manual and machine packaging of products
• Order picking and preparing customer orders
• Scanning and Sorting Products for Shipping
• Checking weight, labels, and product quality

• Ensuring the packaging process runs smoothly and efficiently
• Keeping the workplace clean and safe
• Identifying deviations in quality or process
• Supporting During Seasonal Peaks (Spring and Fall)

• has a basic knowledge of English
• Works accurately and reliably
• Physically able to perform work while standing and lift light packages
• Follows instructions carefully and is willing to work with machines
• Experience in production or logistics (preferred, not required)

• Orientation period and machine training
