Flower Bulb Production Worker

You will be working for an established family-owned business in the flower bulb and potted plant sector. The company supplies a wide range of flowers and flower bulbs to garden centers, retailers, and wholesalers both domestically and internationally.

Activities

• Sorting flower bulbs by quality and size
• Machine planting of hyacinth bulbs (starting in August)
• Transplanting bulbs from trays into pots (starting in October)
• Decorating pots with moss, for example
• Preparing cuttings and floral arrangements
• Packing and preparing orders for shipment
• Product labeling
• Working in both warehouse and greenhouse environments
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized

• Handling flower bulbs and plants with care
• Working in accordance with quality standards
• Efficient and neat execution of production work

• Can handle physical work and enjoys being active
• Available for an extended period (with peak demand from October through March)
• Works with precision and has an eye for quality
• Can be deployed flexibly across various tasks
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Full-time work with long hours, especially during peak season
• Long-term position (August through March)
• Varied work in production and the greenhouse
• Working within an experienced and well-organized organization
