Orchid Production Worker (Greenhouse)

We are looking for two Orchid Production Workers for a modern nursery to help organize greenhouse operations and carefully handle orchids.

You’ll be working at a small, family-run nursery that specializes in potted plants, with a strong focus on orchids. Quality and careful handling of the plants are our top priorities. You’ll work in a pleasant, supportive environment where attention to detail is key.

Activities

The work involves assisting in the greenhouse and with the packing process:

Greenhouse operations

• Placing sticks in pots to support the orchid
• Gently guide and wrap the flower stems around the stakes
• Securing plants with special clips

Packaging operations

• Wrapping orchids in protective film
• Product labeling
• Loading the packaged plants onto carts for transport

• Able to work accurately and carefully
• Has an affinity for plants or agricultural work
• doesn't mind physical work
• Is reliable and works well with colleagues
• Available full-time

• Full-time work (40 hours per week)
• Working day shifts
• A pleasant work environment in a small team
• Work in a green and well-maintained greenhouse environment
