Orchid Production Worker

We are looking for orchid production workers for year-round work in a modern greenhouse environment. You will help support, pack, and prepare plants for shipment. English is not required, but it is a plus.

You will be working for an innovative company in the floriculture sector that specializes in organic Phalaenopsis orchids for the international market. The work environment is professional and focused on quality.

Activities

You may be assigned to various departments:

Strike Division

• Placing stakes in pots
• Guiding orchids around the stake
• Securing plants with clips

Packing Department

• Wrapping orchids in protective film
• Labeling according to customer specifications
• Placing plants on carts

Shipping Department

• Decorating plants (e.g., with ribbons)
• Preparing for international shipping

• Taking good care of plants
• Work neatly and accurately
• Working together to achieve daily goals

• enjoys practical and repetitive work
• Works with precision and has an eye for detail
• doesn't mind physical work
• Available for full-time work
• English isn't required, but it's a plus

• Year-round work
• Business days: Monday through Friday
• Working hours: 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m./5:00 p.m .
• Overtime may be required during busy periods, and work on Saturdays may occasionally be required
• Work in a warm greenhouse environment
