Production Worker (Peppers)

We are looking for a Bell Pepper Production Worker for a modern production department. You will work full-time, entirely indoors, on the final stage of the production process: sorting, packing, and preparing bell peppers for shipment.

You will be working at a professional and growing horticultural company that specializes in the cultivation and processing of bell peppers. Production takes place in modern facilities where quality and efficiency are key priorities. The department where you will be working focuses on final processing for domestic and international markets.

Activities

• Sorting bell peppers by type, size, and quality
• Packaging bell peppers in accordance with established guidelines
• Preparing orders for export
• Verify that products meet quality standards

• Handling products with care
• Properly following work and quality instructions
• Working in an orderly and organized manner on the production line

• Experience in production or packaging work (preferred)
• Can work with precision and has an eye for quality
• doesn't mind physical work
• Holds a Class B driver's license
• Reliable and motivated

• Full-time day shift
• Work performed entirely indoors
