Production Worker – Sauces

For a production environment in the food industry, we are looking for a Sauces Production Worker who is versatile and can be deployed across all departments, and is motivated to advance to Operator .

You will be working for a family business in the food industry that focuses on the production of various sauces for wholesale and private labels. They work with different packaging forms, from small packages to larger finished products.

Activities

• Assisting in the production of sauces
• Supporting the team with daily activities
• Learn to work with production machines step by step
• Deployable in multiple departments within production:
  • Preparing and checking ingredients
  • Operating machines in the cooking department
  • Packing crates
  • Packing and preparing orders
• Performing other tasks such as quality checks and cleaning

• Handling raw materials and products with care
• Work in accordance with production and hygiene regulations
• Be flexible and deployable within different departments

• Is motivated and eager to learn
• Has no objection to working in a cooler environment (± 0–7°C)
• Can be deployed flexibly during peak periods
• Is available for at least 6–12 months

• Full-time position with fixed working hours (07:00–16:00/17:00)
• Opportunity to advance to Operator
• Long-term work (6–12 months)
• Varied work within multiple production departments
• Extra hours possible during busy periods (overtime/weekends)
