Production Worker / Packaging Line Operator

We are seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Line Operator for a manufacturing company in the food industry. In this full-time position, you will work shifts on the production line and be involved in the production and packaging of food products.

The company is involved in the production and wholesale of confectionery and baking ingredients. Across various production departments, high-quality products are manufactured for customers in the baking and pastry industry. Quality, hygiene, and precision are essential in this process.

Activities

• Working on and operating the production line
• Packaging and labeling of food products
• Monitoring product quality and identifying deviations
• Compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines (HACCP)
• Manually moving boxes and bags (15–20 kg)
• Keeping the workplace clean and tidy
• Performing additional tasks as directed by the supervisor

• Ensuring the proper and safe handling of products
• Strict adherence to recipes and work instructions
• Contributing to a smooth production process
• Proper handling of raw materials and finished products

• Available to work shifts
• Reliable and accurate
• Be able to handle physical work
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Willing to learn and adapt
• Experience in the food industry (preferred, not required)
