As a Recruiter at Flexible Human Services , you Flexible Human Services a key role in recruiting and selecting international candidates who are eager to live and work in the Netherlands. You’ll work closely with your international colleagues and candidates. Your primary responsibility is always to place the right people in the right positions.

• Proactively searching for suitable candidates for various positions across a range of industries.
• Conducting online interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability.
• Expanding our network of recruiters abroad and maintaining existing relationships.
• Keeping our candidates up to date on a daily basis.
• Proactively seek out new recruitment channels within and outside Europe

• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• In addition, speaks Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, or another European language (preferred);
• Possesses excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• An energetic and enthusiastic person with a talent for sales and building relationships.
• Has strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• The flexibility to adapt quickly and adjust to changing priorities.
• He's good with Excel.
• Possesses critical thinking skills and an eye for detail when selecting and evaluating candidates.
• Experience in recruitment and knowledge of labor laws are a plus.
