Painter

As a Painter, you will be working for an organization in Noordwijkerhout that is responsible for managing housing and transportation for international employees. You will work in a practical and dynamic environment where maintenance, renovation, and customer service come together.

You will be working for an organization that manages residential properties and staff hotels for international employees. The focus is on providing safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living spaces. The work is varied and takes place in and around apartments and staff accommodations.

Activities

• Painting windows, walls, stairs, and other surfaces
• Finishing and renovation work in apartments and staff hotels
• Maintenance of the interior and exterior of buildings
• Performing minor technical repairs
• Identifying and resolving maintenance issues

• Ensuring a clean and safe living environment
• Performing painting and maintenance work correctly and independently
• Handling tools and materials responsibly

• Has experience with painting and maintenance
• Holds a Class B driver's license
• Can communicate in English
• Works independently and with precision

• An additional €1 net per hour worked
• Full-time position (32–40 hours per week)
• Varied and practical work
• Working in a close-knit and hands-on team
