Selection Assistant – Nursery

We are looking for a Sorting Assistant for a modern flower nursery in De Kwakel. In this role, you will work in the greenhouse performing quality control, plant care, and artificial pollination. You will ensure that only the best flowers are selected to become ready-to-sell products.

The company is involved in the production of flowers and plants, from young seedlings to the finished product. Thanks to modern cultivation techniques and controlled growing conditions, high quality is guaranteed for both domestic and international markets.

Activities

• Daily plant care: watering, fertilizing, and checking the condition
• Conducting quality checks on flowers and plants
• Removal of plants that do not meet quality standards
• Artificial pollination to increase production and quality
• Working in a greenhouse environment with controlled temperatures

• Ensuring healthy plants and optimal growth
• Accurate assessment of plant quality
• Work in accordance with instructions and cash handling procedures

• Available for 6–12 months
• Can be used flexibly
• No medical restrictions apply for temperatures between 16–27°C
• Has an eye for detail and enjoys working with plants

• A variety of tasks in a modern greenhouse
• Work for at least 6–12 months
• Individual schedule (couples/friends are not guaranteed to be placed together)
