Flower Bulb Planting Guide

We are looking for a Flower Bulb Planting Assistant to work in the production phase of flower bulbs. In this role, you will help plant, arrange, and prepare flower bulbs and plants for shipment.

You will be working for an organization in the flower bulb sector that focuses on combining flower bulb cultivation with decorative end products for the domestic and international markets.

Activities

• Planting flower bulbs in pots
• Decorating plants and pots according to customer orders
• Packaging and preparing products for export
• Assist with product preparation in the production hall

• Precise execution of planting and landscaping work
• Work in accordance with quality and order instructions
• Pack carefully to prevent damage during transport
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized

• Is motivated and enjoys hands-on work
• Accurate and detail-oriented is
• Be able to handle physical work
• Flexible working hours

• Full-time work (40 to 60 hours per week)
• Flexible working hours between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• Opportunity for overtime during periods of high order volume
• Seasonal work from September through December
