Greenhouse Worker – Planting & Transplanting

We are looking for a Greenhouse Worker – Planting & Transplanting for a modern greenhouse facility. In this role, you will work at tables in a heated greenhouse, planting, transplanting, and preparing young plants for shipment. This is a long-term position.

You will be working for an organization involved in the breeding, cultivation, and distribution of ornamental and garden plants. The work is primarily carried out in greenhouses, with additional inspections conducted in a laboratory setting. Quality and careful handling of the plants are of paramount importance.

• Planting and transplanting small plants and seedlings
• Selecting and caring for young plants
• Dividing plants for propagation
• Labeling and packing plants for shipment
• Order preparation

• Ensuring high-quality plants
• Handling plant material with precision and care
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized
• Assist with other greenhouse tasks

• Works accurately and precisely
• Enjoys working with plants
• Willing to work in a heated greenhouse
• Motivated and reliable
• Works well as part of a team
• Experience with plants (preferred, not required)
