Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a production company in the flower bulb sector. In this full-time position, you will ensure that the machinery continues to operate at peak performance, allowing the packaging process to run smoothly.

You will be working for a modern and growing company in the agricultural production sector. The company specializes in packaging flower bulbs and uses state-of-the-art machinery in an international, informal work environment.

Activities

• Maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of production machinery
• Performing preventive maintenance and technical inspections
• Troubleshooting to prevent production downtime
• Working with colleagues from the production department
• Working with modern machines and tools

• Ensuring that machinery operates smoothly
• Working safely and complying with safety regulations
• Identifying and preventing technical issues

• Has at least 2 years of experience as a mechanic or technician
• Has technical expertise and experience with production machinery
• Speaks Dutch and/or English (Polish is a plus)
• Works independently and is solution-oriented
• Takes responsibility for his or her work

• Overtime paid at 130%
• Regular working hours, at least 40 hours per week
