Hydrangea Production Worker

We are looking for Hydrangea Production Workers for long-term work in flower cultivation. You will work with hydrangeas in a greenhouse setting and be involved in harvesting, processing, and preparing the flowers for shipment. The work runs through Christmas, with a guarantee of employment until the end of the season.

You will be working at a specialized hydrangea nursery that supplies both the domestic and international markets. The focus is on quality, careful handling, and proper preparation of the flowers for sale.

Activities

• Manual pruning and harvesting of hydrangeas
• Pruning and maintenance of the plants
• Arranging small bouquets
• Packing and preparing flowers for shipment

Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• Careful harvesting and cutting of hydrangeas in accordance with quality guidelines
• Proper pruning and maintenance of plants
• Creating elegant and presentable bouquets
• Inspecting flowers for quality and appearance before packaging
• Ensuring a clean and safe workplace
• Follow instructions from your supervisor and work together with colleagues

• Long-term work through Christmas (seasonal guarantee)
• Saturdays off (with a few exceptions)
