Seasonal worker for flower propagation

For our client in Hillegom we are looking for a Seasonal Flower Cuttings Worker. You will support a leading commercial nursery specializing in perennials, where cuttings, field-grown plants, and high-quality cultivation methods are central to our operations. You will work both indoors and outdoors and contribute to the optimal growth of young plants.

Our client specializes in perennials, cuttings, and field-grown plants. Drawing on their in-depth knowledge of plants and modern cultivation methods, they produce young plants, rooted plugs, and field-grown plants that undergo a natural rejuvenation process. Quality and diversity are central to their operations.

Activities

• Sorting and processing flowers
• Collecting and preparing orders for flower cuttings
• Caring for seedlings by watering them (indoors and outdoors)
• Performing light cleaning tasks
• Contribute to a clean and organized work environment

• Working accurately and carefully
• Supporting a healthy growth and cultivation process
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace

• Has experience working with grafts (pre)
• Is available for a season or longer period
• Has an eye for detail and works meticulously

• Seasonal work with the possibility of a longer assignment
• A variety of indoor and outdoor tasks
• Working in a small, close-knit team
