Field Work – Peonies (Pruning & Harvesting)

We are looking for Field Workers – Peonies for seasonal work in flower cultivation. You will work outdoors in the fields and be responsible for harvesting and bundling peonies during the blooming season (spring and summer).

You will be working at an experienced floriculture company specializing in peonies for the domestic and international markets. Quality, craftsmanship, and careful handling of the flowers are our top priorities.

Activities

• Hand-cutting peonies in the field
• Selecting flowers based on proper ripeness, quality, and size
• Sorting and preparing flowers for transport
• Arranging flowers into bouquets (“bouquet arrangement”)
• Packing bunches into crates for further processing or delivery

• Handle flowers with care to prevent damage
• Working at a steady pace with an eye for detail
• Compliance with work instructions and quality agreements

• Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
• Available for seasonal work
• Is good with their hands and works with precision
• Experience in agricultural work is a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team
