Packaging and logistics worker - Meat industry

For our client in The Hague we are looking for an employee packaging and logistics. This is a leading wholesaler specializing in the import, export, transport and processing of livestock, meat and meat products. With a strong focus on quality, reliability and customer satisfaction, they supply high quality products to customers.

As a packaging and logistics associate, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, repacking and preparing products for transport. You will also operate the forklift for 2-3 hours per day. Checking the quality of the products and operating the equipment according to the guidelines are essential tasks. You will ensure that you follow relevant instructions and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Working to the required quality standards and maintaining order in the workplace are also key.

• Is available for a minimum of 4 months or longer
• Has a forklift certificate
• Has experience in meat production
• A good knowledge of the English or Dutch language (is an advantage)
• Does not mind working in a cold environment
