Nursery Worker – Blueberry Seedlings

We are looking for a Blueberry Seedling Production Worker for a modern greenhouse environment. You will work with young plants in a controlled greenhouse environment and contribute to the production of high-quality blueberry plants.

You will be working for an innovative horticultural company that specializes in growing blueberry seedlings. Using modern technologies and greenhouse facilities, the company produces millions of young plants each year for customers around the world.

Activities

• Planting very young blueberry seedlings in special containers
• Monitoring plant health and growth
• Removing damaged or diseased plants
• Caring for plants, including fertilization and pest control
• Preparing plants for shipment
• Carefully packing seedlings for transport

• Precise placement of seedlings in the growing medium
• Working in accordance with established guidelines for plant care
• Identifying deviations in growth or quality
• Ensuring a clean and organized workspace in the greenhouse

• Works with precision and care
• Has an affinity for plants and horticulture

• Available for work in a greenhouse environment

• Full-time work in a modern greenhouse environment
• Operating temperatures between approximately 15 and 27°C (depending on the season)
